Caden's First Tummy Time

So this afternoon was the first time Caden and I had tummy time. It was lots of fun. I took lots of pictures. I even got one where he was smiling! Just look at the slide show to see. At first he was sleeping when I put him down but I slowly got him to wake up. He seemed perplexed so I rolled him over onto his back and grabbed a blanket to roll up and put under his chest to help him when I rolled him back to his tummy. He likes rolling over. I got a couple of half smile pictures. He doesn't seem to know that he is supposed to practice holding his head up. Instead he ended up more bottoms up as the pictures show. I did get one really big grin out of him right after he lifted his head and turned it to the other side all by himself!He would be scooting already if he figured out that he only has to move his arms with his legs to get going. He is so strong with his legs he can push and manuever himself around. We had lots of fun playing on our tummy. We can't wait to do it again! Yay!
